The “Don Lorenzo della Grillaia” farm is a small and young company born in 2007 from the idea of the two Gugole brothers and partner Lorenzo Fabiani, an expert winemaker. The company covers an area of about 40 hectares planted with vineyards, between the territories of Sirmione, Pozzolengo and Peschiera. Some vineyards are now “historic”, having been planted in 1948, while others only entered production in the 2018 vintage. The goal of this very young company is to create a high quality product in compliance with the principles of fidelity, transparency and humility of work.
