Cobue was bought in 1971 by the Gettuli family. The current owner Laura looks after the estate together with her husband Aurelio Castoldi and her children Simona and Gilberto. Great professionalism and many years of experience, authentic passion fueled by love for the Earth, are the only elements that the philosophy espoused by the Cobue Farm adds to the fruits of its estate, values and thoughts to guarantee a high quality product that does not yield. to the flattering compromises of the market. A “Sincere” product. The farm covers a total area of 25 hectares of which more than 17 are vineyards, the flagship of Cobue production. It is the whole Castoldi family, with its collaborators, who take care of the vinification of the grapes in the various vines, mainly indigenous, from which unique and “Sinceri” wines are obtained.
