The winery is located among the suggestive and picturesque morainic hills a stone’s throw from Valeggio sul Mincio, a renowned medieval ancient village and Custoza, the scene of the famous Risorgimento battles, and only 25 km from the historic center of Verona.
The family has been taking care of the vineyards for several generations. Grandfather Gaetano and father Erminio have handed down their passion for vine cultivation and love for wine to their sons Luigi, Franco, Remo and now also to their grandson Alessandro. With perseverance and enthusiasm, the brothers, with the help of their mother Adele, have been able to transform a small local business of bulk wines into a company that continues to find its nature in the family dimension.
The company produces exclusively wines from the estate’s grapes through modern techniques that aim to keep the aromas that are typical of the white wine of Custoza, red Bardolino and Bardolino Chiaretto doc and of the other wines we produce unchanged and typical.
These wines, which are characterized by their freshness and aromaticity and by their pleasant and fragrant aromas, require a period of aging in steel. For this reason, the cellar is mainly equipped with stainless steel equipment and containers, however there is no shortage of French oak barriques that are used for the aging of wines with a more structured body.
