The winery, located in the classic area of Valpolicella in the municipality of Negrar, is equipped with containers of different nature and capacity: from stainless steel, to Slovenian oak, to barriques and recently to 25 hl wooden barrels as a return to authentic tradition. of amarone. In this way it is possible to manage the vinification and refinement of the various wines in the important stages of their maturation. The vineyard rises on the hills of Valpolicella, overlooking the town of Quinzano and enjoys a privileged position facing south – south / west. The terraced vineyards are mainly planted in Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella; of medium size and distributed on narrow rows, they give life to refined wines obtained from the combination of calcareous soil and pedoclimatic conditions typical of this terroir.
