A smooth and fragrant white, pleasant for its freshness and fruity notes. Serve in a medium-sized glass with wide bowl, so as to better savour its aromas. Tasting temperature: 10-12 °C.
Pale straw yellow. Elegant and harmonious on the nose. The aroma is intense, fruity with ripe fruit, with floral notes and hints of bread crust and bitter almond.
In the mouth it is full, structured, thick, balanced and sapid, with excellent body. On the palate it is harmonious, fresh, fruity, elegant and round.
Excellent from starters to throughout the meal, with white and lean meats and with dishes made with fish, molluscs and crustaceans, perhaps raw or seasoned with a drizzle of extra virgin oil.
