Wine of good consistency, with an interesting structure, obtained by destemming, maceration with the skins for about 5 days, racking and light pressing. The vinification ends in stainless steel tanks.
Intense and brilliant red, with purple reflections in youth. The nose recognizes fragrances ranging from vinous – typical of young wines, with hints of must, cellars and marc – to fruity, with scent ranges of red berries and withered rose aftertaste.
On the palate it is harmonious and has a fresh acidity. It has a good structure and a full flavor. It should be tasted in a red glass, with a serving temperature of 15 ° C.
Excellent to accompany pasta dishes and light meats.
