Fresh, thirst-quenching and light, fragrant and straightforward wine. It lends itself to multiple food pairings, always being pleasant and cheerful. A classic of our tradition, to be served in flutes to appreciate its characteristic perlage, at a temperature of 6-8 °C.
Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections.
To the nose it is delicate, fruity, caressing, floral and round, elegant and harmonious as a whole.
On the palate it is endowed with excellent freshness and personality; dry, sparkling and fruity, with a distinctive bouquet.
Ideal as an aperitif, it can be consumed throughout the meal. Excellent pairing with pastas and rice dishes in general and with fish-based dishes. A genuine wine, perfect to accompany traditional dishes of our region.
