Tasting notes: brilliant ruby red. A nose with fine cherry notes, accompanied by sage and clove. In the mouth it exhibits fine, delicate, fruity sweetness, ruond and well-balanced.
Harvest: hand selection of the grape bunches that have reached optimum ripeness.
Vinification: traditional skin fermentation for 6-7 days.
Ageing: in stainless steel vats.
Food pairings: recommended with pasta in rich sauce, risotto, red meat, beef and cheese.
Best served: 14-16°C.
