A fresh and straightforward wine, very easy to drink. A young white, intensely fragrant, characterised by a slight presence of acidity and minerality, which make it extremely pleasant and thirst-quenching. Serve in a medium-sized glass with a wide bowl, at a temperature of 10 °C.
Bright straw yellow, lively, with cool tones, and shades that border on greenish. The nose perceives the immediate freshness and a slight minerality. Aromas of white flowers (such as hawthorn), vegetable (cut grass and leaves) and white fruits (e.g. pear, apple) stand out.
The natural freshness of this wine highlights its fruitiness. On the palate, flavour and acidity are well balanced and make it harmonious. The final effect is very refreshing and pleasant. A good reason to appreciate this white during its best period: its youth.
Perfect for an aperitif, it is also excellent throughout the meal. Particularly recommended to go with light appetizers and lake fish (such as trout, perch or whitefish), but also white meats.
