A young red wine but interesting in structure and aroma, capable of surprising. Medium-bodied, it should be left to aerate a little to be able to appreciate it to the fullest. To be served in large red wine glasses, at a temperature of 18-20° C.
Rather clear and transparent ruby red, with violet reflections. A colour suitable for a young wine in the first degree of ageing.
On the nose it is fruity with notes of red berries, accompanied by a slightly spicy scent.
Lively, fresh and light wine. On the palate it has a good structure and is full, robust, harmonious and persistent, with a dry finish.
Excellent with pasta dishes with meat sauce, roasted white or red meat, rabbit, poultry and medium-aged cheeses.
