A fresh wine but with a strong character. Floral and fruity notes are accompanied by a vinous undertone, which evokes the typicality of the Veneto-Friuli varietals. It should be tasted in a glass for a well-structured red wine. Serving temperature: 18-20 °C.
Intense and deep ruby red, with violet reflections.
A wine with simple and intense aromas at the same time. It is characterised by a wild vinous scent and hints of raspberry, wild blackberry and herbaceous notes of fresh hay.
On the palate it is full-bodied, dry, with a good consistency. The taste is full and decisive, only slightly tannic and with a very light and balanced acidity.
Suitable for savoury pastas and cold cuts. Excellent in combination with red meats with strong flavours and with game, but also with savoury medium-aged cheeses, including Alpine cheeses, to bring together the herbaceous notes of the wine with those of dairy products.
